PRAYER IN CRL MP(MD)No.9633 of 2019 in CRL A(MD)No.523 of 2019: Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to suspend operation of the sentence of imprisonment imposed against the petitioner in Special Sessions Case No.1 of 2017, dated 16.10.2019 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahalir Neethimandram, Madurai and enlarge me on bail, pending the disposal of the above Criminal Appeal.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.RAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.S.BHARATHI, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9633 of 2019 in Crl.A(MD) No.523 of 2019 dated 07.11.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is abiding the condition imposed by this Court regularly and prayed the condition to be relaxed.
3. On the side of the respondent, it is stated that from 23.03.2020 till 02.11.2020, the petitioner has not complied the condition, but, the petitioner is complying the condition from 25.11.2020 till date.
4. Considering the lock down and COVID-19 pandemic situation, this Court is inclined to relax the condition already imposed on the petitioner. Hence, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court as and when required by the Court.
