This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent police to register appropriate criminal case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 15.07.2013 and 11.09.2014 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents would submit that the complaint preferred by the petitioner was enquired and the same was closed. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner has also not disputed the said fact and seeks liberty, to seek his remedy before the appropriate forum.

4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum to seek his remedy.
