Respondents 1 to 4/Defendants 1 to 4 Prayer: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for a direction to the trial Court to decide the O.S.No.277 of 2014 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Madurai Town on merits and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

The revision petitioners are the plaintiffs and they filed the suit in O.S.No.277 of 2014 before the District Munsif Court, Madurai Town, praying to declare the registered Document Nos.5405/2007 and 5406/2007 registered with the Tallakulam SubRegistrar Office in respect of the Scheduled mentioned properties as forged documents and the same is null and void and to grant permanent injunction against the defendants and their agents from disturbing the plaintiffs' peaceful possession and enjoyment of the scheduled mentioned properties. Now, the petitioners filed the Civil Revision Petition by invoking the jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking the extra-ordinary jurisdiction to direct the trial Court viz., the Principal District Munsif, Madurai Town, to expedite the suit within a time frame manner.

2. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition, this Court without issuing notice to the respondents, since there is no prejudice would be caused to the respondents, on the ground that the petitioners sought for only to expedite the suit, I am inclined to pass the following order: https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Madurai Town, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.277 of 2014, on day-to-day basis, without giving any adjournment to either parties, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Both the parties are directed to give a fullest co-operation to the early disposal of the suit within the time limit fixed by this Court in the Civil Revision Petition. No costs.
