O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the second respondent to register a case on the complaint dated 03.08.2015 lodged by the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 03.08.2015, a case in Crime No.313 of 2015 was registered by the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 379 IPC.

3. In view of the above stated position, the respondent is directed to investigate the case in Crime No.313 of 2015 and file a final report in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
