ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 498(A) IPC r/w Sections 3, 4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act, in Crime No.17 of 2013 and hence, seek anticipatory bail.

2.It is alleged that the petitioners have harassed the defacto complainant and demanded dowry.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence. It is further submitted that the first accused and the defacto complainant filed a divorce petition in IDOP NO.263 of 2014 for mutual consent before the District Judge, Nagercoil, and the same is pending.

4. The Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the State submitted that investigation is over and the charge sheet has been filed.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel, and on each of them executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction to the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the first petitioner shall appear before the respondent police at 10.00 a.m for one week and the petitioners 2 and 3 shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. 6.
