ORDER

The petitioner seeks transfer of investigation of the case registered in Crime No.38 of 2019 that came to be registered on the basis of a complaint preferred by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation on the said case has been closed as mistake of fact

and notice of the same has been served on the petitioner on 15.02.2019.

4. The above said statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded and nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is now directed to work out his remedies before the concerned Court as per law.
