Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ARUMUGAM.P, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.21977 of 2022, dated 20.12.2022. 2.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed and the case has been taken on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai. 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21976 of 2022, dated 20.12.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai on 20.02.2023 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.
