RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court on the petitioner by its order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.12175/2017 dated 15/09/2017.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.GOKUL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 294 (b), 353 and 506(ii) of IPC and Section 25(1A) of Indian Arms Act and Section 5 of Explosive substance Act, 1908, in Crime No.234 of 2017, while granting bail.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the Petitioner is complying with the condition regularly for a period of 58 days.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the Petitioner is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
