ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A1, in Crime No.456 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 23.06.2015, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 392 and 397 of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail. 2.According to the prosecution, the de-facto complainant used to purchase lottery ticket from the first accused and when he demanded more money, the de-facto complainant left that place and at that time, the accused had taken away Rs.500/- at knife point and also abused him. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner has five previous cases.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Trichy and on further condition that the petitioner shall stay at Vilupuram and report before Vilupuram Town Police Station daily twice ie., at 10.00 a.m and 05.00 p.m., until further orders.
