3.S.Saraswathi 4.Sudalaimani :Respondents PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection for their life and limb and consequently issue a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to initiate proper legal action in accordance with law as against the respondents 3 and 4 for the high handed atrocious act of threatening the petitioner and his family for putting an end to their life.

ORDER
The present petition is filed seeking police protection to the life, limb and right to property of the petitioner at the hands of the respondents 3 and 4.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had earlier laid O.S.No.148 fo 2018 concerning a piece of property against the respondents 3 and 4 and that came to be decreed. Yet he faces some obstruction to his peaceful enjoyment of the said property by the private respondents.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a complaint has been received from the petitioner and that was enquired and during enquiry the third and fourth respondents have given an undertaking that they would not disturb the petitioner's peaceful possession.

4. The statement made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) is recorded and if at all the petitioner faces any such threat in future he may prefer a fresh complaint / representation, upon which the second respondent shall cause such necessary enquiry and take appropriate decision to provide police protection to the life and liberty of the petitioner.
5. In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition for the present. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
