The petitioner has filed the present petition to direct the first and second respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members.

2.Mr.R.Erottuchamy, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the first and second respondents, on instructions, would submit that the complaint given by the third respondent / defacto complainant was closed, after enquiry and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
