O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the 2nd respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent. This Court has paid its anxious consideration to the submissions made on either side.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that the second respondent has given a complaint alleging that there was a love affair between her and the petitioner and as the petitioner broke the affair, she felt aggrieved. He would further submit that the said complaint is being enquired into and the respondent has neither harassed the petitioner nor intended to harass him.

5.In such circumstance, if at all the complaint discloses commission of cognizable offence and the first respondent required the presence of the petitioner for interrogation, he shall issue summons mentioning specific date and time for enquiry and during enquiry, there shall not be any harassment.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
