3.Kalingiraj 4.Soosai Nathan 5.Palaniammal 6.Paramasivam 7.Kalavathy :Respondents PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the first and second respondents to give suitable police protection to the petitioner for the enjoyment of her property as per the injunction order passed by the Principal District Munsif Court, Tiruchirappalli in I.A.No.226 of 2018 in O.S.No.225 of 2018 dated 28.04.2019.

ORDER

The present petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to give suitable police protection to the petitioner for the enjoyment of her property.

2. The petitioner complains that he faces interference to his peaceful possession of certain property from the respondents 3 and 4 with regard to which the petitioner has laid O.S.No.225 of 2018 and had obtained an interim injunction to secure his possession vide I.A.No.226 of 2018 on 28.04.2019.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor concurred with the said statement and he also submitted that the complaint / representation filed by the petitioner is now pending enquiry. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above, the second respondent is now directed to cause such necessary enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner and take such appropriate decision as to protect the life, limb and right to property of the petitioner as has been directed by order dated 28.04.2019 in I.A.No.226 of 2018.

6. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
