ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the impugned F.I.R in Crime No.898 of 2020, dated 10.12.2020 on the file of the first respondent.

2. It is seen that after the registration of the FIR in Crime No.898 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 376 and 313 of I.P.C r/w Section 7 of MTP Rules, 1971, on the file of the first respondent, the petitioners and the second respondent have entered into a compromise and file a joint compromise memo. 3. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is liable to be dismissed and the same is dismissed.
