This petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to file a final the report in Cr.No.06 of 2014, dated 13.01.2014 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents. This Court has paid its anxious consideration to the submissions made on either side.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.341 of 2018 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Dindigul.
