ORDER

This petition is filed for transfer of the case in Crime No.408 of 2017 on the file of the 1st respondent to the 2nd respondent for conducting investigation afresh forthwith.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the final report has been laid for the offences for which the FIR was registered. The concerned Magistrate has since taken cognizance of the case and the matter is now pending in C.C.No.249 of 2018 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai.

4. The said statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded and nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
