The above writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 2 and 3 to annual the fraudulent sale deed dated 28.02.2019 registered as Doc.No.1879/2019 on the file of West Karur SRO, Karur District, to remove the consequential entries on the file of the third respondent as 2/5

well as to initiate action against the fourth respondent by considering the petitioners' representation dated 30.07.2019. 2.It is informed that for the very same relief, the petitioners even prior to the filing of this writ petition has filed Cr.I.P.No.64 of 2019 on the file of the learned Principal cum Additional Sub Judge, Karur, where the relief sought for is to cancel the sale deed dated 28.02.2019 registered as Doc.No.1879/2019 on the file of the Sub Registrar Office, Karur.

3.After taking out such an application, the petitioners have prepared this writ petition. This is nothing but forum shopping. The petitioners have also suppressed the filing of these proceedings.
