ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the fair and final order dated 03.11.2017 made in RCA.No.1 of 2017 on the file of the Rent Control Appellate Authority (Sub Court), Aruppukottai, by confirming the fair and final order dated 01.12.2016 made in RCOP.No.2 of 2014 on the file of the Rent Controller, Aruppukottai.

2.When the matter came up for admission, this Court was not inclined to admit the revision and grant interim order and therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for time to vacate the premises, for which, learned counsel for the respondent did not have any objection. Accordingly, the petitioner has filed an affidavit dated 10.02.2018 undertaking to vacate the premises on or before 15.11.2018.

the petitioner to vacate the premises and hand over possession to the respondent on or before 15.11.2018, failing which, the respondent is at liberty to move the Executing Court for evicting the petitioner from the premises without filing any formal application. The affidavit dated 10.02.2018 shall form part and parcel of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
