ORDER

The petitioner seeks speedy disposal of a case registered vide his private complaint and taken cognizance by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV-Madurai in C.C.No.26 of 2015.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the accused persons have not responded to the summons, warrants have been issued, but the police is not showing any interest to execute the warrant.

3. In order the Court may proceed to the stage of trial, it is important that the warrant pending against the accused person must be executed.

4. The trial Court is now directed to assess the situation and if it requires that the case may be split up. In the meantime, the Investigating Agency is directed to secure the absconding accused at the very earliest. The trial Court is now directed to take such necessary steps as provided in the Code to take the case to the stage of trial, and then dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
