This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the first respondent to issue necessary direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint of the respondents 3 to 5 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 20.01.2023 made to the first respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint and the same is pending. He would further submit that as of now, no complaint or petition is pending against the petitioner given by the respondents 3 to 5.
