This Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner to punish disobedience to comply with the order, dated 14.02.2024 of this Court passed in W.P.(MD)No.2338 of 2024.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent would submit that the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.2338 of 2024, dated 14.02.2024 has already been complied with.
