ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused, apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 452,294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No. 205 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that an on earlier occasion, on 18.07.2018, this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12169 of 2018, however, the petitioner is not in a position to produce surety https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ within a time. Hence, the petitioner filed this second anticipatory bail petition.

3.In view of the above, the anticipatory bail already granted is extended for a further period of two weeks. The other conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12169 of 2018, are unaltered.
