The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the third respondent to provide police protection to him. 2.Mr.S.Chandrasekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the representation submitted by the petitioner on 02.02.2021 was registered in Crime No.47 of 2021 of Sankarankovil Police Station, Tenkasi District and posted for enquiry. 3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Original Petition is dispose of with a direction to the police to pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
