ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.120 of 2017, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly for a period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 22 days and charge sheet has been filed.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate for each and every hearing. This petition is ordered.
