This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records connected with the impugned F.I.R in Crime No. 282 of 2019 dated 04.11.2021 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 282 of 2019 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Usilampatti on 19.11.2020, but not yet taken on file.

3. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
