O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to disburse the amount to the petitioner for installation of CCTV cameras at Ramnad District to a sum of Rs. 4,92,190/- (Rupees Four Lakhs ninety two thousand and one hundred and ninety only) by considering petitioner's representation dated 12.06.2025 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner has made a representation on 12.06.2025, seeking to disburse the amount to the petitioner for installation of CCTV cameras at Ramnad District to a sum of Rs. 4,92,190/- (Rupees Four Lakhs ninety two thousand and one hundred and ninety only). Since the said representation was not considered till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. In view of the same, this Court without expressing any opinion, on the merits of the matter, directs the respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 12.06.2025, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
