per the condition imposed by this Court, the Inspector of Police scolded the petitioner in filthy language and also threatened him. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is not complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Thoothukudi South Police Station, daily between 10.00 a.m., and 11.00 a.m., for a period of two weeks.
