RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Honourable Court while granting anticipatory bail to him by the order dated 06.11.2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.14963 of 2017, and consequently to permit him to appear before any other police station in Thoothukudi District instead of the respondent police station. per the condition imposed by this Court, the Inspector of Police scolded the petitioner in filthy language and also threatened him. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is not complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Thoothukudi South Police Station, daily between 10.00 a.m., and 11.00 a.m., for a period of two weeks.
