ORDER
The dispute is between the father/petitioner herein and son/third respondent herein. The third respondent, after losing his job in Coimbatore, along with his family had come to the petitioner's house and staying there. This being so, the third respondent is harassing the petitioner, who is aged about 75 years and his wife, who is also senior citizen with health ailments for property. In this regard, the petitioner had also given a complaint to the Gudalur South Police Station and CSR.No.15 of 2025 assigned. Though the police had called the third respondent and his wife and warned them, thereafter too, the third respondent continues to indulge such activities. Hence, the above petition.
2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that enquiry in CSR.No.15 of 2025 is conducted and the same was closed on 11.01.2025.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, CSR.No.15 of 2025, which has been closed on 11.11.2025, is hereby reopened and the 2/5
Deputy Superintendent of Police, Uthamapalayam, is directed to conduct enquiry in this regard and conclude the same without any delay. The Deputy Superintendent of Police to ensure that the petitioner and his wife, who are senior citizens with health ailments, are not being harassed by the third respondent, though he may be their son and also ensure that they are having a peaceful life at their ease.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
