This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil, Tirunelveli to expedite the case in D.V.P.No.4 of 2018, pending on his file and to dispose of the same as early as possible. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.It is seen that case in D.V.P.No.4 of 2018 is pending from the year 2018, there is no progress in the trial. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil, Tirunelveli, is directed to dispose of the case, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
