ORDER

The petitioner, mother of the third respondent, is justly worried about his son's leading towards antisocial elements, now has come forward with the present petition to seek police protection to his life, limb and liberty.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the son of the petitioner is getting distracted towards antisocial activities.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint is pending and that is being enquired into.

4. In view of the above, the second respondent is now directed to cause such necessary enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner and take such appropriate decision and the respondent police may also take steps to advice the young boy and help him to come back to track and to be a socially responsible citizen. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
