ORDER

The plaintiff in unnumbered O.S.SR.No.2766 of 2024, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thiruvadanai, is the revision petitioner herein. 1/4

2.The above said suit has been filed by the plaintiff to declare the marriage held on 18.09.2022 as null and void. The District Munsif Court, Thiruvadanai, had returned the plaint on the ground that it has no jurisdiction. Challenging the same, the present revision petition has been filed. 3.As far as, the prayer sought for in the revision petition is concerned, only the Family Court at Ramanathapuram will have jurisdiction. The return order of the District Munsif Court, Thiruvadanai, is hereby sustained and the revision petitioner is at liberty to present the plaint before the Family Court, Ramanathapuram.

4.The Registry is directed to return the original plaint after getting due acknowledgment from the learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner. 5.With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
