: Respondents Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the records relating to the detention order passed by the 2nd respondent in C.No.03/Detention/C.P.O/T.C/2018, dated 12.01.2018 under Tamil Nadu Act, 14/82 thereby detained Chettiyar alias Radhakrishnan, Son of Lakshmanan in the Central Prison, Trichy and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body of the detenue, Chettiar alias Radhakrishnan, Son of Lakshmanan, aged about 58 years, before this Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by S.VIMALA, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed challenging the order of detention passed in C.No.03/Detention/C.P.O/T.C/2018, dated 12.01.2018 by the second respondent.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the advisory board has found sufficient grounds for revocation of the Detention Order of Chettiar alias Radhakrishnan, the petitioner herein and the Advisory https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Board had recommended for revocation of the order of detention dated 12.01.2018. Accordingly, the Government itself has revoked the orders of detention by the order in G.O.Rt.No.920, Home, Prohibition & Excise (XII) Department, dated 12.03.2018. He has also produced the copy of the said Government Order.
3. In view of the order of revocation already passed, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed, as no further order is necessary. The above Government Order shall form part of this order.
