ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.The petitioner seeks correction in the death certificate of his late father. He has given a representation in this regard. 3.The second respondent is directed to hold an enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The second respondent shall issue notice to the interested persons, if any. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other.
