ORDER

The cancellation of bail application is filed by the defacto complainant. The allegation is that the accused has not deleted the content posted by him in a WhatsApp group. The accused submitted that he has deleted the same. It is not known whether he deleted it only for himself or for others. The "delete for everyone" option can be used only within a limited period of time and beyond that it will not function. Hence, the same cannot be a ground to cancel the bail.
