Respondents Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.9 of 2013 dated 08.10.2013 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the FIR in Crime No.9 of 2013, dated 08.10.2013 registered against the petitioner herein as accused No.1 on the file of the first respondent police.

ORDER

It is an application to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.9 of 2013.

2.The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) has submitted that the investigation has been already completed and the case has been taken on file by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate (Special Court), Nagercoil in C.C.No.1 of 2015 and the accused has also entered appearance there.

3.Considering the submission made, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The question of law raised invoking provisions of Sections 193, 199, 200, 202, 203, 205, 215, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

230, 234 and 239 of Tamilnadu Panchayat Act, shall be looked into by the lower Court at the time of trial.
