(MD)No.9105 of 2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11857 of 2017 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Section 294 (b), 506(i) and 420 of IPC and Section 5, 7(3) of Tamil Nadu Lotteries Regulation Act, 1998 in Crime No.523 of 2017, while granting bail.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when require for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
