ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in S.T.C.No.72 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli.

2.The petitioner has raised several grounds in this criminal original petition which are factual in nature. This Court cannot go into the factual aspects in exercise of its jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C. The petitioner is permitted to raise all these grounds before the Court below in the course of the proceedings and the Court below shall consider the same on its own merits and in accordance with law. This Court does not want to interfere with the proceedings at this stage. 3.In the result, this criminal original petition is dismissed and the Court below is directed to complete the proceedings within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
