O. P. (MD) No. 12635/2017 dated 22.09.2017 and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the nature and circumstance of the case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.SASI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The Petitioners filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC(Sand Theft) r/w Section 3 of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.224 of 2017, while granting anticipatory bail.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is relaxed.
