This criminal original petition has been filed to provide adequate police protection on the basis of the petitioner's representation, dated 20.01.2024.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner, the respondent police have registered a case in Cr.No.40 of 2024 against the accused persons. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication. 3.Since the prayer of the petitioner is to consider her representation and the same was already considered, no further order is required to be passed.
