ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19633 of 2019 dated 30.12.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19633 of 2019 dated 30.12.2019 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

CRL MP(MD). No.1080 of 2020 the petitioner tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.19633 of 2019 dated 30.12.2019 is relaxed.
