Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.
2. The petitioner had given a complaint before the first respondent. The first respondent has already forwarded the same to the second respondent. The petitioner is directed to go to the second respondent on 21.02.2022 at 11.00 a.m. The second respondent shall hold an enquiry into the petitioner's complaint and dispose it of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter. The Writ Petition is disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
