Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent herein to initiate appropriate criminal action under the relevant provisions of law on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated, 22.11.2021, lodged before the first respondent herein which had been forwarded to the second respondent within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner had given a complaint before the first respondent. The first respondent has already forwarded the same to the second respondent. The petitioner is directed to go to the second respondent on 21.02.2022 at 11.00 a.m. The second respondent shall hold an enquiry into the petitioner's complaint and dispose it of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter. The Writ Petition is disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
