This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Additional District and Sessions Court (PCR), Tirunelveli to consider and dispose the petitioner's bail application in Crime No.86 of 2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent police, on the same day. 2.The Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the first accused was arrested on 27.03.2019.

3.In view of the said submission, the present petition has become infructuous and the same is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy before the concerned Special Court for SC/ST Act cases.
