ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking registration of F.I.R against the proposed accused as the respondent police failed to register the complaint of the petitioner with regard to dispossession of the property.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submits that as per the earlier directions of this Court, the respondents police already registered the case in Crime No.446 of 2014 dated 08.10.2014 under Sections 147, 148, 420, 427, 448 and 506(ii) IPC. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondents police to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
