This petition has been filed seeking to direct the the respondent to file a final the report in Crime.No.105 of 2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. This Court has paid its anxious consideration to the submissions made on either side.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that after completion of investigation, the case has been closed as 'mistake of fact' and referred charge sheet has been filed on 23.01.2019. He would fairly conceded that referred charge sheet notice has not been served.

4. The respondent police is directed to serve referred charge sheet notice to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today. On receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy before the concerned Magistrate court as per law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
