[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner has filed this petition seeking production of her daughter and to set her at liberty.

2.Petitioner is the mother of the detenue. A perusal of the F.I.R. itself would show that the detenue was in relationship with a thirty party by name Ramji. The detenue is aged 24 years. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the detenue has eloped with the said Ramji.
