ORDER
The writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the fifth respondent who is in-charge of the third respondent police station from interfering into the civil dispute between the petitioner and the sixth respondent.
2. Heard the leaned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner himself had given a complaint, which was examined and closed as the relief is in omnibus nature, such petition is not permissible. If any cognizable offence is made out even in the civil dispute, it cannot be said that the police would not interfere in such circumstances. Therefore, such a blanket direction cannot be granted.
In the result, the writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
