2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court made in Crl.OP(MD)NO.23720 of 2025 dated 19.12.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week ie., on every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
