ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 13.03.2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 386 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.59 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner wrongfully restrained the defacto complainant and robbed a sum of Rs. 200/- from the defacto complainant. Hence the complainant.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has nothing to do with the alleged offence. He would further submit that the petitioner have been in custody since 13.03.2019 and therefore, the petitioner may be granted bail.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there are 15 cases pending against the petitioner , out of which 13 are over and two cases are pending and he opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.
5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the cases and that there are previous cases pending against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
6. Hence the bail application is dismissed.
