ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the second respondent/Contemnor for his wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.1284 of 2020, dated 7.2.2020

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed befoire this Court.

3.The Petitioner has not approached the authorities concerned, as per the orders of this Court made in the above Writ Petition. Hence the Petitioner is directed to approach the authorities concerned, for necessary relief, as per the orders of this Court. As such, there is no wilful default on the part of the Contemnor/Second Respondent and no contempt is made out as sought for by the Petitioner.
