ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner seeks issuance of patta in respect of the petition mentioned land. He has given a representation dated 25.10.2020. The fourth respondent is directed to consider the same and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The fourth respondent will hear all the interested persons before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the fourth respondent to pass order one way or the other.

3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
